Through a combination of postures and songs, our unique Mother and Baby Yoga class will offer a blend of physical, physiological and psychological benefits for you and your baby (8 weeks to crawling). The Mother and Baby Yoga class will provide your baby with a daily routine of movements which will lead to sound sleeping habits. Our class will also stimulate your baby’s body functions improving for example the respiratory, digestive and nervous systems. On the psychological front, Mother and Baby Yoga will enhance the communication between you and your baby as well as between your baby and the outside world.
