3 intensive 1-hour private sessions with your personal trainer
These three training sessions have been designed for active women who are aiming to increase their stamina and endurance in preparation for a specific sporting activity (marathon, triathlon, cycling, swimming or team sport event). We combine our personal experience and our scientific sports medicine knowledge to take you to the next level. As such, we will offer you multifaceted training to maximize your potential within the context of your own sport. We will provide you with a systematic plan of warm ups/cool downs to improve your strength, endurance, stamina and power that enable you to deliver strict and consistent results, coaching you safely toward your goals.
