These three training sessions are best suited for women who are aiming to tone their bodies. This program shapes and elongates every major muscle group, burning away excess padding from around the muscles, and then stretches the muscles out. The techniques that your personal trainer will develop for you will be based on the engagement of core strength followed by a step by step approach to full body toning (abdominal area, thighs and butts, triceps and back).
