This training program is specifically designed for women who are aiming to shed a few pounds. A combination of exercise and diet is a well documented method to lose weight. After an initial consultation with our nutritionist, you will receive diet planning advice to complement your efforts on the training mat. Our weight management diagram, alongside your new diet, will teach you to boost your heart rate in order to sustain your efforts to lose excess fat. After a few sessions, your viscera fat area (waist line and abdominal region) should start to reduce whilst your lean muscle mass begins to increase, leading you one step closer to achieving your optimal weight target.
