The course will start with an introduction to Hatha Yoga, which will involve breathing synchronization with a progressive series of postures, followed by a session that will focus on the primary movements of sun salutation to produce a detoxifying sweat. The course will be concluded with a revision session during which you will refine the alignment of your poses.
