3 structured 1-hour private sessions with your personal trainer
This package is designed for active men who are keen to improve their muscle power, speed, agility and movement control. A powerful body not only allows you to control your balance during movement but it will also generate reactive forces that will improve your explosiveness whilst training. Your sessions will be based on a combination of core strength exercises and drills to ensure that a proper functional strength and sufficient motor unit synchronization are being achieved, thereby increasing your reflex potentiation.
