3 private 1-hour sessions with a personal trainer
These three training sessions have been designed for active men who are looking to increase their stamina in preparation for a specific sporting activity (marathon, triathlon, cycling, swimming or team sport event). Pulmonary ventilation is a necessary component for developing energy production and for regulating your heart rate activity. In order to prepare you for your sporting event, your personal trainer will challenge your lactate threshold to facilitate a fast recovery by using a specific range of interval and harness training. In addition we will offer you a plan to restore the quality of your muscles' contractile force to ensure you stay injury free during your sporting challenges.
