Whilst most people agree that red wine goes best with meat and white wine with seafood, when it comes to sake, very few people would have an expert opinion. During the course of this dinner, our experienced Sake Sommelier will explain how best to match vegetable, meat and seafood skewers with at least 6 types of Sake such as Daiginjou, Ginjou, Junmai Ginjou, Junmaishu, Honjouzou, and finally a dessert sake.
