Come and learn about the art of drinking sake. It is not rare to find that some Hong Kong restaurants only include a few well-known sake brands on their beverage lists making sake tasting a difficult feat. During this class, our experienced Sake Sommelier will introduce you to the different gradings of sake, and teach you how to select it, store it and consume it. The session will be conducted in both English and Chinese and the tasting will be accompanied by traditional Japanese pickles and snacks.
